Is there a formal procedure leading to detention, suspension, exclusion or expulsion?

Is there a clear punishment policy that relates to different forms of bullying and number of incidents?

Where can these be found?

Are parents always informed?

Is mediation provided between bully, parents, staff and agencies?

Is there counselling for the bully and help for their parents or guardians?

Is there any financial re-payment for any damage or loss of property, either via the bully or their parents or guardians?

Is there any recognition or reward when behaviour improves?
